We do listen!

One of the strengths of Time Assistant is that we listen to our clients and potential clients alike; if they want a service that we don’t currently offer, we look into the feasibility of offering that service.

Over the last few months, we have been approached several times and asked if we can provide a telesales and appointment making service.  Not being the main focus of Time Assistant, it was never in our business plan, however, because our clients want it – our clients can now get it.

We have started to recruit a team of experienced telesales/telemarketing operators and should expect them to be fully trained and ready to go by July this year.

This is exciting times for Time Assistant as we are now focussing more on what the Small Business needs and wants and by employing this small team, we will now be able to offer the following outbound services;

  • Telesales
  • Telemarketing
  • Lead Generation & Appointment Making
  • Confirming Business Details & Updating CRMs
  • Appointment Reminders
  • Follow up Calls for Feedback

Additional Services for Virtual Assistants

When Time Assistant embarked on it’s adventure in business 2 years ago, we didn’t know how successful we were to be.

Our ethos is strongly based on collaboration rather than competing, that’s why after working with several Virtual Assistants, we decided to offer a ‘white label’ call answering service.

White Label simply means that we are invisible to your client, as far as they are concerned they are dealing with you and your small team of staff are handling their calls.

Yes this does involve a ‘middle man’ approach, but it’s a service a Virtual Assistant is able to offer, but not actually need to be chained to their desk.

We are now working with several Virtual Assistants who have utilized our white label service, and happy to report they all seem very happy with the service.

As a Virtual Assistant, you can join our white label service, or indeed any of our standard services. We call the white label service our reseller scheme and you qualify for a 10% discount on the overall cost of the standard fees.

You would obviously decide on the relevant mark up for your clients, sit back and watch the money come in as you do nothing, it really is that simple. Our rates are extremely competitive therefore any mark-up that you do put on, will still make the service attractive to your potential and existing customers.

First Aid can save a life

Its been a busy year and we are only in February, but already, companies are seeing the benefit of using outsourced resources such as call handling and admin support.

This has proved to be a huge bonus to our new partner company G2FirstAid.co.uk

Being able to use resources which are already in place, we have been able to implement similar tools to G2FirstAid (run by G2 Training).

With 2 First Aid instructors, it can be hard to handle all the admin, take calls and course bookings, sourcing training venues and catering etc, but by simply handing these tasks over to Time Assistant, it relieves the stress and pressure of Brian & Bill.

For training organisations such as G2FirstAid, Time Assistant have, and can take on tasks such as;
